I thought you might get a kick out of the shipping numbers.

The 10K just filed by Vystar tells investors ALL they need to know in the company’s “own” words why they did deliver air handlers.

Competition

RxAir

The residential air purification market is a highly fragmented competitive business. Vystar competes with a large number of companies on many factors including price, quality, innovation, reputation, distribution and promotion.

As we have known, Vystar acquired all the assets of UV Flu Technologies in May of 2018, 4-years ago. While Vystar had a “golden window” to step up and nail the market with the pandemic. They failed on a massive scale. At first glance, one might say, they were underfunded or poorly mismanaged (goes without saying). If one took the time to review the competition, you could find it was more likely the old technology that was the real answer here.

Remember, all the old links posted here showing investors how Vystar had set up different vendors, with their websites to sell the handlers? You remember, the ones posted by Corporal Klinger! Only ONE problem, when I reached out to the vendors with questions about the handlers, no ONE responded to my questions about warranty or return policies.

YES, there is a WHOLE lot more to this story than meets the eye.
