Is it accepted dogma that T causes ovarian CA in trans males? My reply was simply that IF that were the case prior to Removing ovaries (and tubes bc that is where “ovarian” cancer is now felt to originate primarily) a discussion on fertility should take place. I probably should know this as a fertility specialist in the NYC metro area but I don’t.
The need for a good screen for ovarian CA remains. CA 125 and ultrasound don’t cut it. You may know of companies working on this but that’s something I could get behind (rather than a bogus AMH company)
