Yeah, not really clear at all, if they are merging with or acquiring FirstShot Centers, or perhaps this is a new company with the same business plan..?? Hard to say right now, nor are there any details that I can find on exactly how these properties will be used or repurposed. Malls are becoming obsolete, like Blockbuster or Toys R Us did, even if they can get the space cheap, I'm not sure how they going to draw folks there.
