I think people forget that JD is the largest shareholder and has a lot of his own personal investment firm's money invested in this business venture. He stands to gain the most when the stock price finally does start to go up.

And for those whining about how price compression is going to ruin everything, Justin Dye cut his teeth in the grocery business. Do you have any idea how thin the margins are in the retail groceries space? I'm pretty sure he'll be able to deal with any pricing pressures that come along, better than his competitors can. He proved that with Albertson's.
