As far as China and Russia goes and the threats of a Nuclear scenario goes, if you look at our Nuclear arsenal vs China and Russia's , we've got them out ranked by ten fold. Nobody wins under a nuclear scenario no matter how deep they've moled into the grounds thinking they can hide.
In a true outright nuclear scenario , where the tanks are emptied, it's not going to matter whether you're Chinese, Russian, American or with Gilligan on a desert Island.. Day turns to night .. Night into months and years, .. Starvation, death and pestilence and a maybe some sort of a parasites will be here to restart evolution.
