$ZDEXF the world largest offshore oil find by shell and total are in Namibian waters!! Look who got 15% stake in the blocks next door!!! Omg!!!! These guys are presenting at the Africa summit this week and just raised a pile of cash!! Could be life changer! Canadian ticker $SEI their volume surging. They are in colombia with EXXON already 25% carry forward interest exxon holding 75%!!!!
