Petey CEO, that LLC Petey is president of is now in default, too.
It appears to be a vehicle used to funnel money. Remember all those share certs that Petey gave them in exchange for cash that could never be deposited (the certs) anywhere?
Surprised? Petey does have one felony conviction for money laundering and one felony conviction for obtaining money by false pretense.

and now we have all those recent loans Petey got that Petey is funneling cash into his pocket at the unrelated private company digitalage (not owned by HPNN or HPNN investors)

Looks like investors are still being scammed by Petey, because he refuses to pay the loans back. Now some of those from 2021 have become UCC liens on ANY assets HPNN or its CEO has or ever might obtain.
