Krag capital taking a real bath with their preferred but they have some leverage

PCT issued that preferred without the required authorized shares being available for the Series C conversion. Breach of the agreement imo

They also have negative covenants prohibiting PCT from taking certain actions without their approval

Would make sense to see a renegotiation of the terms weighed heavily against PCT and shareholders... and thats being tender
