2, Plaintiffs folding motions stating Gov fraud and lies won’t justify motion to dismiss.

3, Plaintiffs filed yet another motion showing more financial irregularities & damages to shareholders.

4, Trial still on schedule

Maybe why we have not seen it scheduled on the court docket as Judge wants more info before having conference call.
