These were Chico's notes on things that need to get done:
a) Mark Smith’s loan?
b) market compliant viable REE mineral resource report?
c) Pilot plant start up??? & an update (that Re-purposed Subaru dealership in Quebec should be up & running by now??)
d) Finance??? Anchor investor, private source, Govt. Loan guarantee or other???

If all these happen in the next 60 days and we start the shovel ceremony how can $NIOCORP not be above $5+ bucks a share at a minimum??? I am thinking it will be closer to $10+ bucks a share .
