There's definitely a risk for you (LD) and the company. I believe the smart approach is to find a few heavy lifters and start buying. it wouldn't take much to get this to a dollar. That would make the reverse unnecessary and put us in a position to grow the company and price per share, which would help with the up list effort. Just my humble opinion.
