But cash is king in their situation. You can't afford to squander it on sales that might happen. Also, assembling the equipment when you have all the parts is not a long process. They would have some weeks from the time they signed a contract until a hospital would be ready to be trained to receive the equipment. Management has made this same mistake in the past.
