I think it's mostly wash-trades between Miguel and "friends" and/or his MM's who handle the endless dilution....so he can continually dilute and raise cash for life support to pay attorneys and himself UNTIL HE FILES BK and/or pulls the reverse split or whatever the next big con and scheme is going to be - something like that is the only explanation I can come up with WTF????
