Make markets, What happens to all of the
PHANTOM shares that they sold and never located!!?
For that reason, Is why we have not seen SEC MOVE TO SUSPEND CACH AND STOP IT FROM TRADING!
To do so, They must first locate the PHANTOM SHARES!
