He is not acquiring the "Business". That is miss leading. That was done for hype. He is acquiring certain assets only.


Acquiring the business would mean everything including all inventory, equipment, devices, but of course that is impossible because of the bankruptcy.


And no actually patents are probably not worth much but licensed tech has value. Have no idea how the valuation was done. And I said before he did it for what he sees is the potential. Was not arguing that. Just really the saying he is acquiring the business. A few of his posts suggests he is acquiring more than he is and than he throws out he "may" be able to sell to all sectors.


Once in awhile he gets real by mentioning quietly about trying to get some momentum going from 2019 since there probably has been little done business wise since.
