SYTA That is an Emerging Markets Report pump letter out at 11:48 this morning and stock went down afterwards and closed down at $1.04 on 400k volume. So probably someone trying to pump it up.760k traded in afters compared to 400 k in regular. only 4 million float so they might be able to get a little pump.
