That Said, What We Need, however, is Consistently High Volume of Trades. If We See Only One Day of Above Average Volume Followed By Constant Low Volume Then We Understand that "There's Really Not Much Going On".

For the longest time, We're Mostly Seeing Low Volume, where "Not Much is Happening". Maybe this Will Turn Around Soon. Maybe Not. We Have No Idea.
