Monsanto/Bayer have tried several different products of theirs in order to try and kill the bacteria with no success to date. The potential market for a product that works is a multi-billion dollar one. Brazil grows much more citrus than the US but they also have over 200 million infected trees! PCT hasn't had the funds or the leadership to monetize this application. Many of your points about the current leader are correct but the product does work and is financially viable in agriculture, oil & gas and as a hospital disinfectant. PCT's inability to bring it to market doesn't make the product ineffective or the potential applications and markets not viable.
