A Pipe Dream, LOL! I had already my professional DD long time ago! Your group should load up those Dirt Cheap shares at 0.0002 ~ 0.0007 (average cost: 0.00045 a share) then hold them to sell at 0.0031 ~ 0.0038 (average gain: 0.0030 a share) because buying its Heavy Diluting peer (VIZC) at last-month-high 0.0021 = buying SUTI at 0.0038 which is Four-Ticks-Higher than its recent high 0.0034!

Buying VIZC at its current price 0.0006 = buying SUTI at its most recent high 0.0011!

So SUTI is Much Much Much Cheaper than VIZC now!

Thus VIZC is Extremely Overvalued now v.s. SUTI is Hyper Undervalued currently!
