Yeah, the history of this stock hasn't been good. Last year with the Jupiter, FL, building was the closest they came to a viable business activity, yet even that failed (or really never happened when you consider the reversion clause and the tact that they never recorded even a penny of revenue from that building). The stock is definitely sub-penny for a reason.
