It's a scam company that sells shares and people are tired of the CEOs lies. They make promises to garner interest so they can sell shares, then they never follow through. The MM's literally cannot make people not bid on this junk. If anyone wanted it, there would be a bid. So many people want out (combined with the shares put on the ask by Ballas), that the buy side of it has been saturated with .00001s.
