The Department of Energy stated their timeline for the hub program as follows. Questionnaire from H2 industry until the end of March 2022.
Develop Request for Information and send to interested parties at the end of May 2022.
Evaluate proposals from interested parties and begin hub project selection by the fall of 2022.

There are so many interconnected parts to each of the proposed hubs that it may take years to award all the funds. As an example, the proposed New York area hub has more than 40 entities involved in it’s implementation.
