He needed to file with OTCM a late filing notification and that would protect this ticker and SHAREHOLDERS. When filed I think they give him another five days or so. But hell,all the quarterly for this ticker takes is a cut and paste from earlier quarterly with a few date changes etc. You could do it in thirty minutes and he's had 45 days.He could have filed this simple financial weeks ago.

Anyone notice NSPT is no longer Pink Current? That's step one.............

Not impressed right now,it's just more of the same for this ticker starting with SSM a year ago.
