It’s hard to celebrate “achievements” that are always being undone, changed, updated with bad information late, or just plain wastes of time.

An example of the undone: moving out of the factory they claimed to have finished building out.

An example of the changed: planting mulberry in a fire ant infested property owned by you know who who got rent, and then it is abandoned.

An example of the updated with bad information late: production in Vietnam announced and then we’re told yah nah…

An example of waste of time: announcing in 2020 at start of Pandemic that they would begin U.S. production of nearly pure in U.S. in 2022 or 2023, parting with Dr. Kane without saying anything, and here we are years later with no U.S. production even being seriously talked about.

We don’t need to minimize any achievements. There is no achievement I crave more than production and sales of spidersilk. But so far… nothing to celebrate in that department.
