It really couldn't be more obvious. What company, with so much cash and gold bullion just laying around, allows a single toxic note holder to completely dilute its share structure? It can be explained only one way - the rather impressive haul from the toxic note is being shared between the holder of the note and the issuer (who may be one and the same, since it appears that Whitecastle and Clive are fabricated names).
