Just started looking at this stock jumped in on price. Very little poking around i'd have to say this doesn't add up to expert market . Delinquent filings are tricky wouldn't sell on that point. 8-k's are current enough.This could just be a minor set back you don't lose unless you sell. This looks legit to legit to sell on Delinquent filings. No suspension. No investigations.
