does anyone think that this has any relation in some form to mrge's signing with whistler pipeline in 2019 that is linked on our board? for example, that mrge could possibly connect at Agua Dulce with the concho extension from whistler after the expansion and continue the ng to MX (obviously if we get deal-s)...?
