Congress hasn't been holding back the cannabis sector, the FDA has. They've done it with their refusal to be satisfied with enough safety data for hemp/CBD products. Without that, marijuana/THC doesn't have a chance federally.

MNMD has several different irons in the fire, not just Lucy, so I don't see any reason to poopoo potentially beneficial legislation.
