I don't believe that $MJWL $AAPT and $ICOA will ever get the CE removed. For the record, it is $ICOA's idiotic PR of the 16th that got these tickers on The Shit List.

Also, whenever new management adapts their business to the existing name and symbol, it is always suspicious.

Also, the various spellings of David Shaw Cheng Chong's name on each of $ICOA $MJWL and $AAPT's profile is VERY suspicious and almost certainly a consideration in OTC Market's application of the CE tag.
