And LBSV was suspended by the SEC so the 211 that was filed originally was deemed ineffective and that is why BHLL was required to have a Form 211 - it wasn't because of the nonsense because of the CE - the easy proof was that CCTL never stopped trading - if the 211 had been deemed ineffective there wouldn't be any trading.
