"They both have rights to use the technology that they've developed together."
"They've been working together for over 10 years on this technology."

this is correct...keeping these facts in mind, why would Exxon feel a need to resign fcel?...does anyone think that there is something fcel can do that Exxon cannot?...

after ten years of working and doing all that research with fcel, and having access to anything developed in that time frame....what need does the powerhouse that is Exxon, have for the penny stock that is fcel?...

"Note Exxon Mobil paid $10 million dollars for a non-exclusive agreement in June of 2019. Which was awesome for fuel cell because that meant they could work with anyone they wanted to."

correct...

"Which motivated Exxon to promptly do an point development agreement for six times and money within several months."

which means that as of that time, fcel could no longer take the tech, jointly developed, anywhere...not without Exxons permission...and they aint likely to get it...even if fcel should get kicked to the curb...they STILL cant take that tech to anyone else...

i understand why fcel desperately wants to hang onto Exxon's coattails....

but what exactly does Exxon want with fcel...now...i know what they wanted in the past... they wanted to do research with them so they could gain access to everything they could need...

but what use is fcel to them now?...
