If it needs to be filed and I believe it does, I am sure Phillsworth is working on it.

He hasn't come this far, not to finish the job and get that CE removed.

Getting a MM to file Form 211 may take some time and once cleared by FInra, then an application request for removal of the CE to the OTCM may take a couple of weeks

Of course, I am assuming this is the process from past events as each company may demand different requirements to be met.

But, I have no doubt the removal will come off sooner than later.
