Ok., Pennyboy20, I also have learnt and always try to ignore what you call "mumble jumble", and yes, as OTC-trader you have to bear and accept this and that.
Otherwise however, why is this ticker a "strong sell" (100%!) at Barchart (and that since weeks meanwhile!!!) and why doesn´t my broker IBKR allow me trading it (dunno how long already - this time I show "This ticker isn´t tradable", not just "only sellable")?.
No surprise that even "trust-ready" guys like me are getting more scared day by day. And yes, serious execs would have to say anything minimally ... shouldn´t they?.
