I also found on Stocktwits a curious theory that says:
Regarding the 180M os increasing on May 13st
"there was a note being negotiating for a while, and it's in the filings.
The 159.200.767 restricted shares are owned by people that forgot about them and they are not deposited. Any broker accept shares from a company with a shell status. So that was the only way to deposit those shares".
