Do you have any rationale to support buyout theory? I mean I speculate about a lot of things as far as share price movement in developments for the company but I also support that with a lot of information. And in my opinion if there was a buyout I don't see any way the board the officers or the shareholders approve anything less than $30 a share. The simple fact and rationale to support that or that we hit $29.44 as strictly hype and hope of green energy. Had nothing to do with Fuel Cell Energy more specifically fuel cells. Fuel cell industry is in the toddler stage and they start getting into everything and growing quickly once they become toddlers. Black Rock just averaged down from over $10 to I believe probably under ten dollars now. Vanguard and black rock I also believe Owen about 20% of the company combine. Institutional ownership is higher than ever and incentives for hydrogen and carbon capture are just now beginning to kick in. Just the intellectual property in the assets of the company are valued at greater than our current share price.
