Yep he has made mistakes along the way, so I will not believe that this will not affect the discharge until I see it. Calesse will not win the appeal, the question is if it delays any of our catalysts. This appeal could mean no clean shell, and merger name/ticker is on hold. We may get the split and discharge, but could delay merger announcement. We will see. At least he could tweet that all things are moving forward. Longs have been through the frickin ringer.......but he probably wont say a word.
