This isn't about today. It's about the future.
A year, Two tops is worth the wait. Only difference from now and then is the fire Sale.
Has always surprise me how people would buy something they want as an investment for what ever the reason. But won't take advantage of it for that same reason when there's a Fire sale. These investments are not the same as lottery tickets. But do have Better odds of payment. / GL
