I wasn't trying to spin it either way and believe there is good stuff around the corner here. Ultimately, being that they have enough cash to do what they gotta do already, I think the extra financing would make the most sense as a back up for operational or trial costs in the case that they end up using a chunk of cash for an acquisition along the way.
