I’ve had to chew on that a few days to kind of analyze your comments……

I believe adding multiple shifts and more production line equipment can easily show profitability. I believe Tube Solar has sold the agrivoltaic systems and needs production to catch up with sales/demand. Good thing!

But the part about Bernard with millions of shares (controlling interest) actually controlling the price with majority shares might be a concern? He will need to take some of his profits to allow a greater number of shares to be available to the commercial investors or they would just be at his whim as to the daily price.

It makes sense to keep the price low until they decide to enter NASDAQ at their leisure since the letter says anytime they are ready.

Which I agree today is not that day. Market is in the wrong phase.
NASDAQ gets back to 14,500 to 16,000 would be a better entry point.
