The only way I foresee them getting the share price higher prior to uplisting is to start a share buy back plan, pronto!! If the general public of investors are not buying at a 52 week low, I just do not see any other way to raise the price prior to uplisting.

They have 90 days of summer to pull off this "Miami Miracle" before July; when Illiad starts converting shares again.
