given their competitors all have over 2 GW factories in production or being built they need a lot more than one more.
1 more in USA and at least one in Europe.
I was surprised there wasn't a reference to a European factory being committed as part of this deal (would sweeten things with Europe the business not going to a European company).

All this year production is committed to internal sites and FFI
2023 will be Acciona, Egypt and other projects so 2024 for this project is the earliest they could do without extra capacity. The phasing of payments will be interesting
