Good response BR. BS abounds. VXIT as good as you can get in Pinkyland.

Delays inevitable for companies with big plans. A lot of time out of their control. Paperwork extremes. Cross you Ts and dot your Is is such a time consumer. Does not surprise me.

Impatience does! Amazing how much I had to grow in my investment garden. Wasn't easy. Had so little when I started. Impatience ruled and I lost a good bit as a result. I have learned. DD and patience go together. Both so easily neglected.

VXIT put them together for me in a package I have learned to trust.
