For me the 180.000 dollars are the Emergent LLC bill (20 lawyers to pay)
so we have a merger candidate guys!

I think so.

Other way is
ETEK is NOT a clean shell and they lied to Otc Markets
and 180k dollars are to pay debts.

Shares in Emergent portfolio cause,
in these days at market didn't pass 180 millions shares,
so they still own them.

Do your own researches (DD), people here give credit to a stock just because they want to sell it....
