SiNtx technologies enters bankruptcy on creditor plea !!!

An insolvency tribunal has alleged fraud against manufacturer SINTX Technologies a manufacturer of silicon nitride and other advanced ceramics.

The financial creditor had filed the petition against the Utah-based firm on February 5th 2022 as an investment manager under the SBA's Second Draw Program in the amount of $509,148.00

The plea was filed after SiNtx made a disclosure in November that it has received full forgiveness of its Small Business Administration ('SBA') Paycheck Protection Program ('PPP') loan under the SBA’s Second
