Reporting issuers have a 30-day grace period after they fail to submit their late financials. During that time they won't be dumped to the Greys.

It used to be discussed often, but I don't think I've heard anything about it in years. My guess is that OTC Markets is reviving it in order to give issuers a little more time before getting dumped to the Greys. Ooops, I mean Expert Market.
