as with every OTC stock it is not an investment it is a gamble. these penny stocks are simply gambling on pump and dumps plain and simple. 99% of them never do anything real they just release fluffy pr statements about work they've never actually done with numbers they made up and nothing to back them up.

my advice is to wait until this bottoms out at .0001 or .0002 and grab a few million shares for a few hundred dollars, plan on losing it, and hold it. if the CE tag comes off, this will run hard. selling for a 99% loss which is what many investors in this stock are at right now doesn't seem much better than waiting to see if it pops. if you can get into a broker and buy at these trips levels I think it's a decent risk but don't take my word as anything but speculative.
