Technically you are correct, but I wasn't counting the move down it was having prior to the announcement. I figure that was people pulling back to limit their exposure since they were not sure which way it was going to go with the JV.

I think the move up is just a short term bounce, and then it's going to start sliding again - and that's what we're seeing now since the excitement died down. I just don't see this JV being a good deal for Lordstown's future, but we'll enjoy the RIDE together I guess lol.
