Look, this has been said before. They wouldn't just go through all of this for "$10,000" worth of assets. My only guess they would put it at $10k only is because of bankruptcy reasons. Lets say they put it at 2-3 Million dollars, the bank would not be happy to hand that to another company in a VO.
