The NAR, Urban Institute Policy Forum will be held on May 20, 2022
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) plays a central role in mortgage finance and critical role in supporting underserved communities. Under Acting Director Sandra Thompson, the FHFA reiterated its support for the fair lending, revised the GSEs housing goals, and instructed the GSEs to develop equity plans to identify and address barriers to sustainable housing opportunities.

Acting Director Sandra Thompson will share insights into these actions as well as efforts to finalize the equity plans and to define a new credit scoring framework for the GSEs.
