In a way litigation is holding NetList back, but not because of settlement issues, Don't forget $NLST is a fallen angel, still on the OTCbb. Institutional investors may have $NLST on their radar, but they can't do much about it.

Once litigation is over licensing fees and damages will come. More than that though, this company will more than likely up list and that in itself will be a catalyst.

Revenues, litigation, and up listing to possibly NASDAQ. These share prices are
cheap IMO. Grab all you can or want to grab soon. They will not be here forever.
